Care That Listens, Built Around What Matters Most To You

Compassionate, Evidence-Based Mental Health Care in Wisconsin

Thoughtful, personalized psychiatric care for anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and mood concerns, supporting adults across Wisconsin.

Care that listens first, then builds a plan with you, not for you.

A More Human Approach to Mental Health Care

Life can look fine on the outside while feeling anything but that on the inside. Maybe your brain won’t slow down, your mood has been all over the place, or your to-do list keeps growing while your energy doesn’t.

You might be holding it all together, but just barely, and wondering why it feels so much harder than it should.

This is where we start.

Meet Wendy

I’m Wendy, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).

My approach is grounded in kindness, respect, and balance, with a little room for humor along the way (because sometimes our brains take a simple thought and turn it into a full production).

I believe good care starts with listening, and that treatment works best when it’s built together.

I offer a calm, collaborative space where you can show up exactly as you are. Overwhelmed, unsure where to start, or somewhere in between? There’s no need to have the right words or a perfectly organized story. I will meet you where you are at.

What We Offer

Care that starts with understanding and evolves with you.

Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluations

We take time to understand your symptoms, history, and how your experiences are showing up in your daily life. This becomes the foundation for your care.

Medication Management

Thoughtful, ongoing medication support for anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and related conditions, with careful adjustments along the way.

Collaborative, Patient-Centered Mental Health Care

You’re not handed a plan, you’re part of creating it. Your goals, preferences, and experiences guide the direction of care.

Flexible, Private Appointments

Appointments are conducted securely online, making it easier to access care from wherever you are in Wisconsin.

Ready to feel more like yourself again? Let’s figure this out together.

What To Expect

Your First Appointment

A comprehensive evaluation where we explore your symptoms, history, and what you’re hoping will feel different. Together, we begin shaping a plan that fits you.

Follow-Up Visits

Ongoing visits focus on how you’re doing, what changes you’re noticing, and what needs adjusting, so your care continues to evolve with you.

Our Approach

Care is never one-size-fits-all.

You are the expert on your life. My role is to bring clinical insight, guidance, and options, but the direction we take is something we decide together.

Treatment may include medication, supportive therapy, with special attention to lifestyle factors like sleep, nutrition, movement, and stress. Your plan is always shaped around what matters most to you.
